Activities

Activities are organised on evenings and afternoons with full-day excursions on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. On Sundays students can choose between an optional — not prepaid — excursion or on-site activities. These may include:

• Sports: With a choice of volleyball, basketball, and soccer.
• Drama: Drama and performance activities, such as talent shows and karaoke nights.
• Evening: Activities such as scavenger hunts, spa nights, and ice cream socials.

Downtown LA:

Hollywood:

Experience the glamour and magic of Hollywood, where dreams come to life, as you stroll down the iconic Walk of Fame, catch a glimpse of your favorite stars, and immerse yourself in the heart of the entertainment capital of the world.

Beaches:

Discover the ultimate coastal paradise in Santa Monica and Malibu, where sun-kissed beaches, vibrant pier attractions, and the breathtaking beauty of Zuma Beach await, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement by the sparkling Pacific.

California Science Centre:

Embark on an awe-inspiring journey of discovery at the Science Center, where hands-on exploration, captivating exhibits, and the wonders of science come together to ignite curiosity and spark the imagination for visitors of all ages.

Beverly Hills and Griffith Observatory:

Indulge in the opulence of Beverly Hills, where luxury shopping and celebrity sightings meet, and then reach for the stars at Griffith Observatory, where breathtaking views of the cosmos and the iconic Hollywood sign unite in a mesmerizing experience.

The classroom is at the heart of your Los Angeles Junior English Course. English lessons are student-centered and encourage the development of relevant language skills.

• Taught by friendly and professional English teachers
• 20 x 45 minute lessons per week
• Placement test on day 1 to ensure students in appropriate level
• Maximum 17 students per class
• When possible, students will be placed in an international class with students of different nationalities
• Common spaces are used as classrooms
• Curriculum with emphasis on communication skills
• Materials included ,as well as an end of course report and certificate

Meals: All meals are served in a large self-service canteen.
