Located on the South Florida coast, Fort Lauderdale is known as "The Venice of America" due to the city’s beautiful sea canals, lined with houses, palm trees and boats.

This year-round Embassy school is located in down-town Fort Lauderdale where you’ll find fashionable shops and cafés.

Out of class you may enjoy excursions to exciting destinations such as Miami, Sawgrass Mills Shopping Mall, Disney World and the Everglades.

Accommodation

The residences are located by the city's fantastic sandy beaches where you can enjoy beach volleyball or one of the school’s barbecue parties. All rooms are shared and have air-conditioning and private bathrooms. You'll also find a refrigerator, coffee maker and iron for your use in each room.

At the end of each day you can cool off in the outdoor swimming pool and patio area.

Security: There is 24-hour security on site. Anyone with an emergency during the night should call the centre mobile number which will be given to all students on arrival.

• Sports facilities: All sports activities are held on the beach. Each residence has a private pool.
• Dining: Lunch is provided at a location near the school. There are restaurants and coffee-shops within walking distance of the school.
• Common room: Spacious student lounge available to all students.
• Launderette: There is a coin-operated launderette in the residence.
• Email & internet: Free wireless internet and a computer room available to all students.
• Campus shops: The campus bookstore sells books, postcards and other campus essentials.
