We place the highest priority on the welfare and safety of our students and provide a high standard of care and supervision.
Each of our centres has a nominated person responsible for students’ welfare and we provide guardians for our individual students to ensure they are happy and well-cared for. We also have established links with local doctors, dentists and hospitals for any medical issues that may arise.
We provide dedicated support for our students throughout their stay, including a full induction and orientation on arrival, where all students are issued with identity cards which contain our emergency telephone details. We also operate a 24-hour telephone service across all of our centres.
