COMMITMENT TO STUDENT CARE
We place the highest priority on the welfare and safety of our students and provide a high standard of care and supervision. Each of our centres has a nominated person responsible for welfare and we provide guardians for our individual students to ensure they are happy and well-cared for. We have well established links with local doctors, dentists and hospitals for any medical issues that may arise.
We provide dedicated support for our students throughout their stay, including a full induction and orientation on arrival, where all students are issued with identity cards which contain our emergency telephone details. We operate a 24 hour emergency telephone service across all of our centres.
Download our Embassy Summer Safeguarding Policy 2017, our Student Information 2017 document and, consult our Terms and Conditions for detailed information about how we protect students at Embassy Summer.
*Free time of up to 60 minutes is given to junior students for shopping and similar activities depending on age range.
